Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must have all original tags and labels attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Hygiene-related items (if opened)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Include the RA number and original invoice in the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange
  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We may request that you return the damaged item for quality control purposes

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

9. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
